Day 3 - Vienna (part 2)



Doesn't that look spooky? It's Saint Stephen's Cathedral, the most historic landmark in Vienna. It was consecrated in 1147.



If you look closely at the left-hand side of these pictures (click on them to enlarge), you can see part of the cathedral is being renovated... but they've covered up the work with a huge picture showing how the church looked.

We had dinner reservations at a restaurant our guide book called "one of the best Italian restaurants in Vienna."


Nat had "Pappardelle Alla Cerma Di Carciofi E Prosciutto", and I ordered "Gnocchi Di Patate Alla Sorentina." They were sooooo much better than the happy meals.
